ARQUÀ PETRARCA AND THE EUGANEAN HILLS

Climb aboard the private minivan (or bus) and, accompanied by our guide, let yourself be led to discover the most beautiful landscapes and villages of the Euganean Hills.

We start along a splendid panoramic road that crosses Galzignano, Torreglia and Valsanzibio: at every bend a different panorama, between gentle slopes, vineyards and views that tell of all the variety of these hills.

The destination is Arquà Petrarca, an ancient medieval village that bears the name of its most famous inhabitant: Francesco Petrarca, who chose to spend the last years of his life here. You will walk through silent streets, lined with ancient stone houses with characteristic trefoil windows.
